Saturday, July 9, 2016 (part 2) - Green Bay, WI

On the way to the baseball game, we came across the original stadium where the Packers played.

Plaques

The field

We made it to the park where the ballpark is. There's also a land park and a water park, complete with mermaids.

The land park welcomes us to Green Bay's Pride Fest!

There were performers galore!

Note: When they performed to "Proud to be an American," it took on an entirely new meaning.

Wings

And then there was an awesome bluegrass band.

OK, time for baseball! We're at Joannes Stadium to see the Green Bay Bullfrogs play the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters. They are in the Northwoods League which is a summer collegiate league.
